Our community managers understand the specialized business demands of managing apartment communities. They know that effective business management is essential to residents’ satisfaction, and ultimately, the financial health of the community. That’s why we support our community managers, and maintenance associates in their pursuit of certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); and Certified Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
