That’s why we support our community managers, and maintenance associates in their pursuit of certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); and Certified Property Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
