Elaine’s complex set of experience, over many years, includes the oversight of over 25,628 units in six states and most recently 1,200± conversion units, including high-rise and garden style communities and the management of over 2,431 condominium units in the Central Florida area. Her portfolio has included new lease up properties and a variety of property types from ’AAA’ to LIHTC, HUD 224 D and 223 F communities. While with Eagle Realty Group, she oversaw 8,463 units in 29 communities, and assisted with the disposition and acquisition of 10 properties and the acquisition of 17 third party owned communities. Elaine has served in various leadership roles for the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Volusia County Apartment Association. She supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through various fund raising activities, and continues to mentor many of the Team in Training Triathlon Teams for the LLS Central Florida Chapter. Elaine holds a broker licenses in multiple states including Florida and Alabama. She has earned the designation of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association.
Director of Accounting
As the Bridlewood Real Estate Company Director of Accounting, Ninett is responsible for the development efficiency-enhancing workflow in the financial operations, budgets and cost accounting departments. She has over 20 years of experience and is a technically skilled business professional with a versatile skill set. She has developed her skills through experience as an office, financial manager, Human Resource and administration manager.
Vice President of Operations
As a result of his experience in the multifamily and commercial management industries, Eric possesses the strong leadership, foresight and knowledge needed for his role as the Vice President of Operations. His professional background includes management roles in numerous markets and arenas, including third party management, operations, new business initiatives and acquisitions, construction and development, capital improvement, as well as, marketing and training. Eric’s responsibilities include the supervision of all real estate assets, as well as, overseeing capital projects and managing the overall operations of the company.
Monica Sieffert, LCAM
Employee/Client Relations Manager
With over 30 years of diversified experience in Property Management, Human Resources, and Non-Profit Management, Monica works directly with all employees and clients. She specializes in personnel recruitment, selection, training, coaching, counseling, and motivating individuals. Monica provides enthusiastic and creative performance to effectively balance the needs of employees, customers, and the mission of the organization. She possesses a thorough, overall knowledge of property management and operations management, with an emphasis in multifamily housing, including resident relations, troubleshooting, personnel training, budgets/finance, subcontractor supervision, inventory control, inspections, acquisitions, security, marketing, advertising, and promotional/event coordination. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor, as well as a Society of Human Resource Management Certification.
Marketing and Training Coordinator
Julie has 18 years of experience in the management of conventional, LIHTC, and condominium conversion communities. As the Director of Training and Marketing, and COA specialist, Julie has designed, and implemented training, leasing, and marketing and leadership programs. She has also received extensive, hands on experience with several property management software programs, with an emphasis on Yardi.
Julie specializes in COA/HOA laws, Fair Housing, Leasing, Marketing, Customer Relations and Retention and provides our employees with performance based education solutions that positively impact the profitability of the client’s assets. Julie coordinates the company’s participation in the Apartment Association as well as local charity events and community involvement. Julie holds a Community Association Managers License (LCAM) in the state of Florida.
Accounting and Client Relations
Ursula has over 15 years of experience providing thorough and skillful support in client relations along with experience in bookkeeping. She has comprehensive knowledge of accounting, A/P, A/R, general ledger postings and invoicing. As an engaging Client Relations Representative, Ursula is proficient in various operations, including conflict resolution and implementation of effective business policies and procedures. Utilizing her bilingual skills, she has specialized in developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients and vendors.
Originally from New Jersey, Michael worked for years in direct sales and marketing industry throughout the NYC metro area. He moved to Orlando, Florida nearly nine years ago Michael and has since developed his career in the real estate industry. Michael is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and he has made a high level commitment to his real estate profession.
Dee is certified in association management. She possesses the title of CAM, Certified Association Manager from the state of Florida. She has been active in the management of The Oasis at Pearl Lake Condominiums for nearly five years and has many years of management experience. She has consistently proven adept at balancing the company’s needs with the needs of the customers.
Lane has over 20 years’ experience in the management of conventional and LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) communities in Florida, Michigan, and Arizona. She possesses a thorough overall knowledge of property management including Fair Housing, Leasing, Marketing, and is responsible for the daily operations and financial management of the community including training, marketing/advertising, budgeting, and retention. She has recently completed a $ 1M renovation of 180 units in Southwest Florida. She has consistently managed communities under her supervision that exceed budget expectations and outperformed the respective sub-markets.
Susanne Moser has been channeling her passion for real estate in a unique way. She moved from Germany to the USA 20+ years ago and is fluent in German. Her knowledge of the city and surrounding areas makes her stand out. Relationships are the core of her business and what set her apart in the industry. The first step to Susanne’s process is understanding a client’s needs, desires, and goals. She then applies her market expertise to achieve those parameters. Ericka brings twenty-one years of experience to the team, and was previously with Eagle Realty Group for eight years. She has served in an Assistant Manager role for 18 years on various property types including Tax Credit, HUD (223D), and Conventional properties.
Vince brings over thirty years of experience to the team. He is a licensed electrician allowing for additional savings to the community. Vince served eight years in the armed forces, he received the ‘Maintenance Supervisor of the Year’ award from the Mobile Area Apartment Association, and he posses numerous field related certifications.
Brian has 17+ years experience in the maintenance of multi-family communities throughout the state of Florida. He has managed maintenance processes included converting apartments to condominiums as well as the associated upgrades for three, 300+ unit communities. He is well versed in plumbing and HVAC repairs and replacements, and some electrical repairs. He was instrumental in the completion of the renovation program.
Liz Salazar LCAM
Community Association Manager
Liz is a licensed LCAM in the State of Florida and brings over 15 years of experience in management, customer relations, and sales to the company. As an LCAM, Liz oversees the daily operations of condominium associations which involve vendor relations, budget management, contract negotiations and owner/customer relations. Liz also has an extensive background as a Project Coordinator in the construction field with a multi-million dollas project management firm, providing oversight for several renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring the work was completed in a timely manner and within budget.
