  • The community is maintained in good physical shape – both inside and outside
  • Vacant units and models are always ready for prospect tours
  • Public areas which includes the hallways and stairwells are exceptionally clean
  • On-site associates are performing at superior levels
  • Develop specific preventative maintenance programs to improve operation of mechanical equipment and extend the life expectancy
